Your browser sends technical information needed to request pages, such as an IP address, the page address and browser information. Website infrastructure may record requests and errors for operation and security. Do not put private information into a page’s web address.

When you call ADI
Calls use your telephone service and the arrangements for the contact number, and are handled under the service provider’s privacy information. This website does not handle or record the call. ADI receives whatever contact details and property information you choose to give on the call. Information can also come from an agent or another authorised person arranging a survey. Only share another person’s details where you have an appropriate basis to do so, and make this notice available to them.

Information you give ADI directly
ADI handles information you give by telephone or email under its service privacy arrangements. Ask the team for its current notice, including the purposes and lawful bases for handling an enquiry or recording a call, who receives the information and how long it is kept. This website does not record calls, receive online enquiries or take payments. Using a telephone link here does not subscribe you to marketing.
